Dear Chairman / Secretary,

I, Prashant Patade, a resident of Flat No. B-502, Prem Aangan CHS, wish to intimate the Society committee that I have recently purchased an electric two-wheeler (EV scooter) for family use. In order to meet its charging requirements, I intend to install a dedicated switchboard in the society's parking area, on the wall adjacent to the B Wing meter room, near Parking No. P-4.

I understand that the matter of personal EV charging installations was discussed and resolved at the last Annual General Meeting, permitting members to proceed upon intimation to the Society. This letter serves as that intimation.

The said parking space is allotted to Mr. Gaurav Munoth, and I have already obtained his consent for the proposed installation on the adjoining wall. He has been looped into this communication.

I would like to assure the Society that:

  1. The installation will be carried out by a qualified electrician.
  2. All work will strictly comply with applicable electrical safety standards.
  3. No damage will be caused to any society property, common areas, or assets belonging to fellow members during or after the installation.
  4. Any civil or electrical work will be confined to the designated area only.

The installation is planned for 23rd April 2026. I am open to any inspection or supervision by the Society's authorised representative during the process. Should there be any specific requirements under the Society's bye-laws that I need to adhere to, please do let me know and I would be happy to comply accordingly.

Thanking you.

Regards,
Prashant Patade
