Subject: Resignation from the post of Secretary and Committee Member
Respected Sir,
I, Babita Rajeev Jha (B-501), hereby submit my resignation from the position of Secretary as well as from the Committee Member of Prem Aangan Society.
Since the day I joined the committee, my sole objective has been to serve the society and work in the best interest of all its members. I have always given top priority to the decisions taken by the society members.

In the Special General Meeting (SGM), the society members approved the installation of solar panels. We made every possible effort to implement this decision for the benefit of the society.

However, due to the continued unavailability of other committee members, I have been waiting for a long time to take this matter forward. Despite repeatedly conveying the seriousness and urgency of the issue, no concrete action has been taken.

As the decisions and faith of the society members are extremely valuable to me, I am unable to continue in my current roles under these circumstances. Therefore, I am resigning from the post of Secretary and as a Committee Member.

Please note that even after my resignation, I remain available to assist the committee in any possible way from outside, whenever required.
