This email is regarding the maintenance activity scheduled on date and time.
We would like to inform you that on (02-05-2026) at (12:00 pm - 13:00 pm) there will be a downtime of approximately 02 hours at Entry-Exit.
Our Maintenance Experts will be using this time to service each hardware component installed at your premises. This is to ensure seamless operations and effective maintenance for the long run.
During this downtime, our system will not be triggering any notifications for the entry and exit of the vehicles on your premises. We regret the inconvenience caused.

We would like to reiterate that this system is designed for cars and two-wheelers. Kindly ensure, guard should " Keep the remote/push-button pressed when goods-carrier vehicles like Truck, tractor, water tanker or mini truck pass through the barrier. Please also ensure no vehicle should stop under the Boom and over the inductive loop.
