Itsounds good, nicely wide Qs on the mid bands, and it forces listening. Stepped frequencies are a strength in mastering and decision making. Just be aware of a small level bump depending on bands engaged (I often trim by -0.2 or -0.3dB for unity gain). Yes that's audible. And the EQ gain steps do not correspond with the hardware (which I've used for years). For example, +3dB sounds closer to +1 on the hardware. Hence its "transparency"?
I can't make any comparisons to the hardware version but I randomly trialed this plugin and was very surprised by its ability to remain transparent sounding while at the same time being able to push it way further than many other EQs while still sounding musical and not harsh. I've found a nice spot for it in my mastering chain.
What a sonically stunning EQ! For acoustic, ambient, voiceover, and other styles where you want a beautiful sheen, it's hard to imagine topping this EQ. It pairs especially well with the Manley Vari-Mu compressor. The high end shelf boost is pure silkiness, the mid-range adjustments never sound shrill or harsh, and the bottom shelf does a fine job of controlling the low end. That said, it's really the final sonic picture that emerges from this unit that makes its effectiveness far more than just the sum of its parts. Really outstanding!
Both the complete tube and solid-state signal paths have been faithfully modeled in the plugin version. In addition, the plugin version provides the ability to process Mid (M) and Side (S) information separately, as well as a Dry / Wet signal control for each individual channel.
The plugin version of the TCL-2 captures the tone of both of these circuit paths, bringing the Millennia sound to the DAW-based producer/engineer. From the transformer-less signal path, to the lower, tighter gain and threshold structure, to its unique single amplifier design, every aspect of the original hardware has been faithfully emulated in the plugin version.
For the producer/mixer/engineer, the TCL-2 can be used for everything from ultra transparent peak control to some pretty crazy, stomped on and pumping compression effects. Mastering Engineers will love the precise control of compression parameters, the M/S processing capabilities and, above all, the stellar sonics.

I've been using Audition for over a decade, every day, for several hours a day, and I've never encountered this before. Audition has been crashing every few minutes or so for the past couple of weeks. It seems to happen especially when I work very quickly, particularly when I ripple-delete a clip in Multitrack, though that's not the only scenario. I'm certainly nowhere near maxing out my computer's resources, so I'm boggled.
I had the idea that perhaps one of the effects in my multitrack chain was pulled from the VST effects folder, and that because of some Audition bug, this could be causing the freezes. Until a recent Audition update, not all of my .component AU plugins would show up (yes, even after rescanning the plugins folder repeatedly). So: I tried saving every effect's settings in my current chain as a preset, then re-loaded all 6 eff
If you are moving about quickly in Audition it might be a graphics redraw problem. In Preferences/General try the other setting of 'Use hardware acceleration for drawing'. If it is ticked untick it and if unticked try with it ticked. You will have to restart Audition for the changed setting to take.
Thanks! In my case, I'm usually editing down a 10-20 minute raw file to a 30-60 second select for submitting to clients. Most times I know exactly where in the waveform all the good pieces are, and I work very quickly. Fortunately, my computer's power hasn't been a bottleneck. Everything plays back in realtime with no issues. Minus this one, which I believe has been resolved, so I'll mark my answer as "correct". Thanks for changing the title! ID-10-T error.

I want to add the weapons from this link to the leveled lists so that they would be distributed properly in the Fallout 3 Worldspace, but I don't have the knowledge to do something like that, and any tutorials that I've found on the subject confused me. I followed the guide from that link, and so I have all the weapons merged into a single plugin, to save space in my load order. I don't know how that might affect anything in this situation because like I said, I have almost no knowledge when it comes to the finer intricacies of modding Bethesda games. (If it matters, I named the merged plugin Millenia's Additional Weapons.esp)
Edit: I did some more digging and I found out that I would probably need to use the GECK to add the guns to the appropriate leveled lists. I have absolutely no idea what I would be looking for, but it's a start at least. I might be able to figure this out if I had a good tutorial on how to operate the GECK, but I haven't been able to find one that made sense to me yet.
I'm sorry, but I'm not understanding where I need to go in the GECK to just drag and drop the guns into the appropriate leveled lists. I've tried reading Bethesda's documentation, but it hasn't really helped much.
I've been trying to add what I think are the leveled lists for the different tiers of Raiders and Talon Mercs to the Leveled List Quest Script that each gun has, but I'm not sure that they're the right ones, and the GECK refuses to save properly and brings up a box asking if I want to save the script, even though I just hit the button to save it. Pressing Yes does nothing, and pressing No exits the script editor without saving anything. I'll attach a screenshot of this. Maybe I'm using the wrong leveled lists? I found them by expanding the leveled NPCs section of the Fallout3.esm in FNVEdit.
If someone could tell me the exact steps I would need to follow in order to get the guns merged into the appropriate leveled lists so that they will show up on Raiders and Talon Mercs, then I would be very grateful.
check out the raiders and talon mercs and see which LLs they use, then add the weapons as appropriate. i'd also recommend unscripting the list adds, since mill's team does it all through vanilla script functions which can break your save if you remove them.
For your reference, here are the leveled lists that the "Unified Distribution" esp use to add weapons. They are not added via script like Puppettron said. They work very well in my experience. Hope this helps.
I have been looking for a program or software that allows you to choose or type a frequency and generate a scale. For example, choose 366 or any frequency as a base for C, and build a scale from it with custom pitches. This program would also let you type intervals.
Without the ability to chooose a specic interval I feel music is chained to specific frequencies.
For example Bitwig Studio has come close to unlocking the true potential of music, with MicroPitch that lets you choose from 415 to 466 Hz and then choosing intervals. However, the intervals are locked into specific pitches.
The problem would be what it would sound like. People have been trying to work out good combinations for a couple of millennia, so you would have many happy hours auditioning if you were going to do it ad hoc.
It seems to me, you could go for any root note frequency, and then pick a temperament and / intervals according to some existing framework. Spectrasonics Omnisphere allows you to set 60 or 70 different tunings, most of which I have never heard of. Making up adhoc frequencies s much harder to get sounding ok.
The reason I am sharing this concern is because I feel scaler has been the first with a lot of music improvements. Custom progressions, Genre Libraries, Midi Recording, offering demo versions of the program and so on. In other words, musicians are empowered with knowledge and options that years ago only corporate composers had access to. No longer are you forced to listen to mass produced trash.
On the opposite end, there are those that do not follow this thinking, programs like blocked instruments with useless dials, or programs that spit out waves instead of notes, and so on. I presume they will want to claim copyright later.
The Millennia NSEQ-2 is a high-quality EQ plugin by Plugin Alliance, designed for mastering applications. Its dual-path design features both a 300 V Vacuum Tube and a Discrete JFET signal path, providing pristine audio processing capabilities.
At first look, you are greeted by a very nice looking GUI. The plugin is derived from the hardware version and they have kept the GUI the same while adding some extra functionality to it, but more on that later.

Open FO3Edit and make a patch beetween the two mods, forwarding the "Model" records from the millennia plugin. Although, if you are following the Clear & Present Danger guide, you should look the section about how to make a Bashed Patch with Wrye Flash, there the process to make a patch is automated.
