Hello! Is there a way to have the heading logo change based on the dynamic background for the page? It seems silly that there is a dynamic header design option without the ability to implement at least a light and dark logo version.

Bumping this for the same issue. Dynamic header is a great feature except it only applies to text and buttons. It would be great to be able to upload dark and light logo options to update dynamically too!

I also have the added dilemma of wanting to use the gradient behind the nav on the homepage (as I'm using a video background), and then dynamic on all other pages.

I still need help please, the homepage and about page work because they have dark headers (I uploaded a white logo). But on the events page this then gets lost, where ideally it would show a dark version of the logo.

Is there any chance of being able to change the dark colour, to a grey and not a solid black? I've been wanting this solution for ages and that code works a treat, but would just love if i could change to a grey colour. Thanks!

Thanks to -71-2-methods-to-swap-out-logos-colour-sections-and-specific-pages for the tip and cheat sheet on theme colors. Alternatively, you could switch out the logo graphic as described in the spacesite.com link above.

Wondering if/how this code would work on my site? I have images in the header of all pages, so the white logo works as intended. However on the individual blog post pages, I cannot do that. So I had to give the pages a light color background so that the white logo will appear. I don't love this. I would prefer the blog pages were white background like the rest of the site. So is there a way to code so that each individual blog post would have a dark header area only (and then I can leave the rest of the page white)? Thank you!

I have figured out a different way, I have the reversed the standard logo with a darker colour, and only changed the homepage and some extra pages manually. This work perfect.

Thanks for your help.

Similar ask - I have a white logo for the website, but for the blog landing page and posts, I'd like to use a colour version of my logo. I've seen how to invert it, but would someone mind giving me the code to use a different image file? Thank you!!

The twenty twenty-two demo looks like it is using different logos depending on which header is used in the template. For example, dark header uses the white binocular icon for the site logo & and the default header uses the black binocular icon.

It could be the case that I am not fully understanding your question but from what I am seeing, the same image is being used in both the dark and the light headers. Here is a direct link to the image.

I have an HP DV4-1225dx and I, too, would like to disable the lit HP logo as well as dim or turn off the media center lights. It is very annoying. If I could, I would scratch out the HP logo and create a defiled version for insisting on a lit logo. Then I could market my own brand of crap. I've had nothing but problems with this laptop. Over heating was just teh beginning.

Despite HP's recommendations of cleaning the vents (which I do on a regular basis - at least every couple of months - not only on my laptops but my desktop CPU fans and heat sinks and power supplies) the **bleep** thing gets super hot. If it weren't for a cooling pad, this thing would be toast long ago.

Mine is in a case too but it's clear so the logo would light up beautifully. And I hold my iPad horizontally 95% of the time. Also, it doesn't annoy you when you use your Macbook so why would it annoy you if your iPad had a light? Am I missing something here? If Apple doesn't do pointless or useless then what is the point of having a light on all Macbooks? The point is simply design (Something Apple prides itself in) so why not do it for the iPad too?

1) Replace/upgrade the cheap Roku remote that came with the TCL TV. Others in this thread have talked about trying to put a piece of black electrical tape over the blinking light - only to discover that the remote will no longer work at all because the sensor/receiver for the remote is right next to the light. One of many shortcomings of the included remote is that it uses infrared signals and must therefore be pointed directly at the sensor/receiver with nothing in the way. Many of Roku's other, better, remotes use radio frequency (RF) signals instead - which can transmit through most walls, furniture, and electrical tape! I can confirm that this works as I was able to pair and use a "Roku Voice Remote Pro" with a piece of electrical tape completely covering the annoying blinking light on the TV.

2) You can dim (but not completely turn off) the LED light using the following process on the included remote to bring up a "special menu" on the TCL: home button (5 times), then FF, Play, Rewind, Play, FF. From the new menu that appears, select "adjust LED brightness". This will significantly decrease the brightness of the LED light, but I personally still found it too distracting when watching TV in a fairly darkened room.
