Hi PREEA Team,

Please help me remember this after the elections - whoever is elected president for 2014 will have to fill out a re-registration form for PREEA via HoyaLink.

Subject: [Action Required] Student Organization Re-Registration

Student Leaders -

The period for student organization re-registration has begun!  All student organizations must re-register their group on HoyaLink before Friday, December 13th, 2013 in order to maintain their Access to Benefits for the Spring 2014 semester.  This process should be completed by the individual that will serve as the Hoyalink Primary Contact for the organization.

If you are no longer the Primary Contact for your organization, please forward this to your organization’s new leadership to ensure that they can complete the process in a timely manner.

To re-register your organization, please go to http://hoyalink.georgetown.edu.  Log-in with your NetID and password, then click ‘Organizations’ on the menu bar just below the Hoyalink banner.  Locate your organization in the list and click ‘Register this Organization’.  Follow the instructions on the screen to submit your registration.

A component of the registration process is the inclusion of registration for the Spring Blueprint Student Organization Training.  It is required that each organization’s President/Chair and Treasurer/Finance Officer complete this requirement within a calendar year.  Individuals that completed this requirement in Fall 2013 will not have to attend the training.  Individuals that completed the requirement prior to Fall 2013 or have not attended a Blueprint training at all are required to attend one of the two sessions offered in the Spring – Wednesday, January 15th (2-4pm) or Thursday, January 16th (5:30-7:30pm).  Please make sure you have this information available to you for both the President/Chair and Treasurer/Finance Officer as you complete the registration process.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact the Center for Student Engagement at getin...@georgetown.edu.

Best,

The Center for Student Engagement
