Instructions for Reserving the ICC 700 Conference Room using Google Calendar
Step 1—Check the ICC-700 calendar for room availability by clicking the link below. You will need your Georgetown Google account to access the calendar:

Step 2—If the conference room is available for the day and time when your event can be held (to include set-up and clean-up times, we recommend a minimum of 15 mins. each for set-up and clean-up), please complete the Conference Room Reservation Form. To access the form, please click here.
Step 3—If the reservation form is in order, the MSFS front desk staff will send you an email confirmation.
