What: Please join Professionals in Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian Affairs (PREEA) for a discussion of military and security implications for Eastern Europe in the wake of the Ukraine crisis with Dr. William Hill, Professor of National Security Strategy at the National War College; Mr. Juris Pogrebnaks, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Embassy of Latvia; and Dr. Elena Pokalova, Associate Professor at the College of International Security Affairs at National Defense University. The panel will address issues such as regional military expansion, security implications of minority ethnic groups, and the role of NATO in political debate. Following the discussion, the speakers will take questions from the audience.  Lunch will be served.
