I am reaching out to seek clarification on generating the genotype.txt file required for Training the Model for TWAS analysis using the PredictDB pipeline. I have been following the tutorial provided in the PredictDB-Tutorial repository.

However, I am having trouble understanding how to generate the genotype.txt file from my PLINK format genotype data.

Could you please provide more information or guidance on how to generate the genotype.txt file from PLINK format files? I would greatly appreciate any clarification or additional documentation that could help me with this step.
