Issue with reading model files?

Good morning/afternoon/evening,

I am writing here because I have a small issue with the running of SPrediXcan. I am running SPrediXcan with this environement : 

And with this script : 

I ran the exact same analysis a few months ago and it went smoothly, but for some reason, this time when running this script, I am getting this error : 

Which, from tracking it in the metax files is due to a sqlite issue ? But my setup hasn't changed from last time I used it and it worked perfectly. 

Where do you think this error could be coming from? I've also double checked my GWAS file and the names are correct, I downloaded the latest version of MetaXcan , with the right version of GTEx models as well (with phi, but I also tried with v7 and v8 models and same error).
