The example model: DGN-WB_0.5.db 's meaning

Hi!

I had accidentally used your example model (posted on the tutorial page, file named"DGN-WB_0.5.db") on my analysis dataset and the results were quite interesting. But I don't know what this model represent. Could you explain a little on which tissues this model is based on and how this model was trained so I can figure out what's behind my result sheet?

Hi Olivia

These were based on whole blood. Battle 2013 in Genome research explains the expression data.
