mashr model weights

Hi all,

I am trying to run Predixcan using mashr models created from my own data. I am using the script provide here (synthetic.py) . However I have a question regarding the weight column in the  mashr models database. I have recreated the mashr pipeline used for GTEx, but I don't know if the correct output for the weight column (when building the mahsr model db) is the posterior mean, i.e, does  the weight column from the mashr model database correspond to the posterior mean calculation (e.g. get_pm(mash_model)?
