Code for generate mashr models with my own data

Hi,

I was wondering if any on this list have any code or pseudo code for generating mashr models from scratch.  

I would be interested in generating my own models.

I have followed the code from GTEx pipeline to generate eQTLs, converted the fastql output from this pipeline to mashr input, and then I have run the code in mashr vignette from https://stephenslab.github.io/mashr/articles/eQTL_outline.html. However, I think PrediXcan mashr models are generated from fine-mapping eQTLs, could I use the output from mashr eQTL outline vignette to build the mashr models and to use them in S-PrediXcan? If so, do you have any code to build the model database?

I read the description in https://predictdb.org/post/2021/07/21/how-can-i-build-my-own-prediction-model/, and I didn't find the link for "The newer GTEx v8 models were generated with code available here".
