Hello everyone,

After running S-PrediXcan on my data, it shows NA in the pred_perf_r2, pred_perf_pval, pred_perf_qval columns. I am not sure as to why this is the case. For my dataset, I have only included 5% of the entire dataset since that is all I have access to at the moment. Do I need a larger set of data for the values to be calculated? Thank you in advance!

Warm regards,

If you used MASHR models, they will have NAs in their pred_perf_r2 columns. We did not estimate performance measures for these models. See here for rationale: https://paperpile.com/shared/TvKE74
