PrediXcan Association Output Error

Hi,

I ran PrediXcan using the MetaXcan package and I was able to successfully run the package using my own vcf file and db model, following Example 1: VCF hg19-based genotype, on GTEx v8 Elastic Net Model (https://github.com/hakyimlab/MetaXcan/wiki/Individual-level-PrediXcan:-introduction,-tutorials-and-manual). However, in the output file for the association, I am getting the following output for some of the genes (about 30 out of the total 300 genes):

ENSBTAG00000003809 NA NA NA NA NA "Error_evaluating_factor:_NameError:_name_'expression'_is_not_defined
____pheno_~_expression
____________^^^^^^^^^^"

Would you be able to provide insight on what this error could indicate? Thank you!
