[Minor allele frequency of SNP in gene prediction model based on GTEx data in PrediXcan, elastic net model]

Thank you for your resources related with the gene expression prediction model & TWAS.

I could not find allele frequency information of SNPs predicting each gene in the elastic net model based on GTEx data provided by PredictDB.

I would like to ask if there are any separate resources provided.
