Queries related to C-score and Z-score

Dear All , 

As I  am going through homo-logy modelling in I -Tasser server  I have generated 5 models.

They 5 models contains their c-score and z-score value respectively.

Please be kind to suggest me  - 

1. How can I consider the best model based on C-Score and Z-Score

2. What must be the ideal range for choosing a validate model based on C-Score and Z-Score.

Please be kind to mention the importance of this two scores in reference to protein modelling.
