I want to predict secondary structure of 28-62 amino acid sequence

Hi All,

Hope you are doing well.

I have to predict secondary structure of 28-62 amino acid sequence and as it is part of known  protein, i also want to predict its effect on over all protein structure.  Please let me know the THE BEST TOOLS FOR PREDICTING SECONDARY AND TARITARY STRUCTURE.

You can not rely on one software. You have to go through 2-3 software for the good result if they are showing somewhat consistency results.
