Prediction API to require HTTPS access

To protect the security and privacy of your communication with the Google Prediction API, we intend to require HTTPS access starting 1/4/2011. We do not believe any user will need to act to respond to this change because all requests to the Prediction API have securely used HTTPS (with none through HTTP) for the past few weeks. Please notify us if you foresee any issues with this change for your app(s). 

In the future, if your app receives HTTP 404 Not Found error, please check if you are accessing the Prediction API through HTTPS instead of HTTP.
