Deprecating ClientLogin in favor of OAuth

Within the month, the Prediction API team intends to deprecate ClientLogin in favor of OAuth. For those of you maintaining client libraries (or just using them), we wanted to let you know well in advance so that you can adapt your code to accomodate this change. There will be another notification with more specific details in advance of this change.
