Dear Brethren and Friends,
Above is a link to a video. It is a parody of a well known xmas song that will be played and sung many many times during this month. I have been working on the words (given below) to this parody for over a year now but didn't know how I would get it out to the public. It's not exactly the same tune as the original but similar. If you like or appreciate it, please share it with those whom you think might appreciate it as well.
Disclaimer: The link is from our oldest son’s YouTube page. This video is “AI” generated but as I stated above the words are from me. On his page, if you happen to check it out, you will notice that he also has been putting the Psalms to music. All of them are also “AI” generated but he provides the KJV version of each Psalm and he states the criteria for the music as much as he can. I will mention that quite a few of the first ones are hard rock and leaning towards the screamo music which we detest. But it is his channel and that was his call. I will also say though that Psalm 23 does not have any of that in it and most after that do not either. But they are still more on the rock side and I didn't want any surprises. Psalm 30 has over 13,000 views.
P.S., We (his mom and I) are not a proponent of “AI” in the least! But just like the internet in general, there are good things about it and bad. To us, this is an example of a good thing for it to be utilized for.
The 1806 Webster's Dictionary defines “ECUMENICAL” as: GENERAL, UNIVERSAL. The Gospel of Christ is SPECIFIC and the Apostle Paul was given to say twice: If ANY preach ANOTHER gospel, let him be accursed! (Gal. 1:8 & 9) The believer is NOT to link arms with those that do not believe the TRUTH!
