Apna Sapna Money Money 3 is a 2023 Indian Hindi comedy film and a sequel to the 2006 film Apna Sapna Money Money. The film is directed by Sangeeth Sivan and produced by Subhash Ghai. The film stars Suniel Shetty, Riteish Deshmukh, Shreyas Talpade, Celina Jaitly, Koena Mitra, Anupam Kher, Riya Sen and Jackie Shroff in the lead roles. The film is a situational comedy that revolves around several characters who are in a mad race to be rich.

Plot
The film follows the lives of six characters who are connected by a common goal: money. Kishan (Riteish Deshmukh) is a con artist who can disguise himself as anyone. He is hired by Arjun (Shreyas Talpade), a mechanic who loves Shivani (Riya Sen), the daughter of Satyabol Shastri (Anupam Kher), a devout Hindu who opposes their relationship. Kishan impersonates Sarju Maharaj Banaraswale (Jackie Shroff), a wealthy businessman who wants to marry Shivani, and convinces Satyabol to break off the alliance. However, Kishan falls in love with Julie (Celina Jaitly), Arjun's sister who is an aspiring singer.
Meanwhile, Matha Prasad (Suniel Shetty) is a dairy farmer who also works as a hitman for Carlos (Chunky Pandey), a notorious don based in Bangkok. Carlos has hidden some diamonds in India and wants Matha to retrieve them. However, Matha is also pursued by Namdev Mane (Rajpal Yadav), a corrupt cop who wants to arrest him and Sania (Koena Mitra), Carlos' girlfriend who wants to betray him and run away with the diamonds.
The film also features Sunaina (Riteish Deshmukh), Kishan's alter ego who pretends to be Arjun's aunt and attracts Satyabol's attention; Badshah (Sunil Pal), Arjun's pet dog who causes trouble for everyone; and Rana (Bobby Darling), Carlos' henchman who has a crush on Kishan.
The film culminates in a series of hilarious twists and turns as the characters cross paths and chase each other for money and love.
