A Bit of a Problem

I've installed it but it is invisible in the System Preferences. When
trying to reinstall it, I get a message saying a older version is
installed and would I like to install the newer version.

Any idea's.

Try quitting System Preferences, deleting ~/Library/Caches/
com.apple.preferencepanes.cache, then re-launching it. That cache file
sometimes gets out of sync with what's actually installed for some
reason.
