First autoupdate schedule for next Monday

Assuming all goes well, you should expect to see the first batch of `autoupdate` pull requests next week.  (They are currently scheduled for ~4PM UTC on Monday)

The pull requests will look something like this:

The are currently scheduled to be weekly.
