Announcing early access alpha!

[pre.commit.ci]

it's a bit too complicated to make a gated alpha so in a way this is a *secret* open alpha!

the site is now live at https://results.pre-commit.ci (it is intentionally not linked from the homepage yet).  you can log in here and set up repositories through this url.  documentation will be coming soon/eventually and the permissions may have to change slightly to accommodate some things (for example I think there's a missing permission needed to modify files in `.github/actions` but I haven't looked into that yet!)

please report any issues either by opening an issue on https://github.com/pre-commit-ci/issues (please check there first to make sure it isn't already a known issue!) or by emailing pre.co...@gmail.com (please use the email for sensitive / security issues)

there's a lot of rough edges but most of the basics should work already so I wanted to get it out there so you all can test it :)

note that the dependabot/autoupdate feature did not make it into the first alpha though I'm working hard on it (it's more complicated than I initially thought to handle all the cases and efficiently)
