hello hello!

pre-commit.ci has just passed 20,000 total runs!

over the last few weeks the following things have launched:

- pre-commit.ci can now be configured through `.pre-commit-config.yaml`

- certain hooks can be skipped in pre-commit.ci using `ci: skip: [...]` -- more information here: https://pre-commit.ci/#configuration

- "out of alpha" and now generally available on GitHub

- autoupdate has been stable + error free for 8 weeks

- pro-tier is code-ready -- still waiting on GitHub support to fix a name-squatting issue (if anyone has contacts at GitHub and could get me in touch that'd be appreciated!)

- pre-commit.ci has a new set of email addresses (these can be found in the footer of any pre-commit.ci page)
