hello hello!

updates since the last feature email:

- 550k runs have completed

- running `language: lua` hooks is now supported (since january)

- `autoupdate` is now skipped for forked repos on free-tier repositories (60% of autoupdate was spent on repositories which never merged PRs for forks)
