updates since the last feature email (it has been a little while!)

- pre-commit.ci has zoomed past 100k runs at 137,000 runs!

- pre-commit.ci now supports swift as a hook programming language (while this may sound like a small feature, this is what the bulk of the time since the last email was spent on as it represents a huge backend refactoring to make additional languages not impact autoscaling time -- more languages coming soon!)
