Dont waste your time with this excuse of a ride. By far the worst ride of universal. This is a 3D simulator ride, where you sit in a truck with screens all around you to simulate movement. there are several rides at universal that use this effect, but this one did it by far the worst. the 3D was completely unconvincing, because everything was completely flat. This ride was explosion after explosion, with so much going on that you couldnt actually focus on anything. I didnt feel like i was moving at all, which is the intended effect with these simulator rides and something all the others do perfectly. so aside from the 3D effect being entirely underwhelming, this ride also OBLITERATES your eardrums. the smoke emitters are the loudest thing in the entire park, even louder than the REAL GUNSHOTS in the bourne show. i think the cherry on top for my ride experience was that at the end, the video on the tv screens in our truck was COMPLETELY MUTED. so we could see someones lips moving but couldnt make out ahat he was saying at all. so aside from this ride being total garbage, is it worth just queueing up for it and doing it for the sake of it? No. The queue is long and boring, with 2 long and boring videos to set the story. these felt like unskippable ads on youtube, but each one was 3 minutes long. look, ive said enough. skip this ride, no part of it is in any way worth it.
This ride is so awful. The ride it's self has bad animation and it's boring. And that's ignoring that it's so loud my ears were ringing and I had a headache after. The queue is bad and theres music that seems like the ride is hype, but no. Lame and loud
three minutes and 20% of my hearing I will never get back.. and I thought there was nothing worse than fast and the furious nine or ten... save your time save your energy save your hearing this ride is beyond stupid
The rude was mostly screen with little movement. If you have a kid with hearing sensitivity DON'T bring them on the ride. It was so loud and obnoxious and wasn't even fast, it should of been called \"Slow and Happy; Minibus edition\"
Can't say much because my eyes were filled with tears from laughing so hard. Most cringe inducing garbage in my life, entire experience was overwhelmingly cheesy and stupid. A total encapsulation of early 2000s cornball \"comedy\" action cliches. Hot chicks, cars, explosions, the rock saying \"cookiepuss\", CGI Ludacris hyping up \"the party\" and the constant reference to not having friends but FAMILY. This entire ride was made with the intention of pandering to the lowest IQ monster snap back/ cut off affliction t shirt wearing portion of America. If you aren't that person then this will be a rough one.
Only ride this thing if you get off on watching cringe and \"the best worst movie ever\" type of stuff.

We show that the maximum-likelihood (ML) estimate of models derived from Luce's choice axiom (e.g., the Plackett-Luce model) can be expressed as the stationary distribution of a Markov chain. This conveys insight into several recently proposed spectral inference algorithms. We take advantage of this perspective and formulate a new spectral algorithm that is significantly more accurate than previous ones for the Plackett--Luce model. With a simple adaptation, this algorithm can be used iteratively, producing a sequence of estimates that converges to the ML estimate. The ML version runs faster than competing approaches on a benchmark of five datasets. Our algorithms are easy to implement, making them relevant for practitioners at large.

Dominic "Dom" Toretto is the eldest son of Jack Toretto, the brother of Jakob and Mia, husband to Letty Ortiz, the uncle of Jack and his younger sister, the cousin of Fernando, and the father of Brian Marcos.
An elite street racer and auto mechanic, Dom is a man with a strong moral code and family values, Dominic began as a career criminal who robbed trucks to support his family. Banned from the professional circuit, Dominic relied on illegal quarter mile races to satisfy his passion for racing. When he met Brian O'Conner, his family was torn apart by the revelation that Brian is an undercover cop. Two years later, Dom and his team met their deadliest enemy yet, Dante Reyes, Hernan's son who sought revenge for the death of his father and the loss of his family's money and legacy. Dante managed to separate Dom from his teammates, frame them as terrorists in the eyes of the world and the Agency and steal their money to buy the loyalty of hundreds of men. In an intense car chase in Portugal, Dom witnessed in horror as Jakob sacrificed himself to eliminate some of Dante's henchmen before he and Little Brian were cornered by Dante, who blew up a bridge under them, with the fates of Dom, his son and many of their friends remaining unknown.
Dominic Toretto was born on August 29, 1976[1] as the oldest child in the Toretto family. His father used the Charger to participate in the Los Angeles County Raceway in nine seconds.[8]. However, Dom's father was facing some financial issues and was planning to throw a race to give the family a better life.
During the last stock car race of the 1989 season, Dominic and his brother Jakob worked on their father's pit crew along with another member, Buddy Hubbard. Before the final lap, Jakob and Dominic were working on their father's car. Dominic argued with the pit crew of another racer, Kenny Linder, who were talking poorly of the Torettos. As their father got back onto the track, he was run off the track by Linder when Linder's car clipped his bumper. Dominic's father was killed instantly when his stock car crashed into the wall at 120 miles per hour and burst into flames. Dominic remembered hearing his father screaming as he burned to death, but the people who witnessed the accident explained that his father had died before his car exploded. Dominic had been the one screaming.[8]
A week following the accident, Dominic and Jakob were at the track sorting through their father's possessions and encountered Linder, who was paying his respects. After Linder talks trash about their father, Dominic pulled Jakob back and attacked Linder, beating him with a wrench. Dominic only intended to hit him once, but lost control and kept attacking Linder it until he couldn't lift his arm anymore. The result of Linder's injuries rendered him unable to race, Dominic was banned for life from the tracks.[8]
