As salamu alaykum wa Rahmat Allah wa Barakatuhu,

Alhamdolillah, I am really glad to see that another site is also working on a similar goal.  Prayinjamat.com has only been up and running since May, and it started in Houston.  One difference in our approaches is that our site uses a Google Map to display data.  Masajid and musallas are both welcome on our site.

In sha Allah, I hope to contact the people who started the other site so that we can share data and cooperate.  The more people who pray in jamat, the better -- regardless of which site they use.

As salamu alaykum wa Rahmat Allah wa Barakatuhu,

For most of us, its not practical to make it to the masjid during the day to pray
duhr or asr. And so we end up praying by ourselves?

If you do this regularly, have you ever wondered if there's other muslims close
to you that may join you in salat if they knew?

This site is dedicated to connecting MUSLIMS LIKE YOU:
www.prayINjamaa.com

So add where you pray on this site, or find someone else who prays close to you,
so more of us can pray IN jamaa.

This is a brand new site, so please send feedback/suggestions!

Have you checked your schedule lately?
