How to export project to mp4?

Hello everyone! How do I export the project into mp4 format, the only option I am getting is to export the project into zip format. Please help as soon as possible.

This is not supported directly by PraxisLIVE. Your best bet is to use
a decent screen capture software to capture the output window. You
could also write a component that exported via GStreamer, but that's a
complicated process - there's something in the Gitter chat somewhere
that overlaps with this, although was about second display not export
to file.
