PraxisLIVE v5.0.0-beta-1

Hi All,

Hope you're all keeping well.

Things have been simultaneously quiet and very busy over here for the
last few months. PraxisLIVE v5 is almost ready for release, and a
first beta is available. Actually, has been for about a week, but
only just got around to adding in an AppImage for Linux.

Lots of changes have happened, including a wholesale rewrite of
PraxisCORE, moving to Java 11 and moving to a fork of Processing
(libp5x) based around an alternative OpenGL binding (LWJGL). It's now
possible to run multiple projects at once, and distributed hub support
is built into project configuration (by default audio and video will
now run in separate processes, even when run standalone - you can
configure what runs where).
