New Praxis Slack channel

Howdy,

 In addition to the mailing lists, we've now also created a new public slack channel to help with the more hands on or complex questions you might have. Also, it will be a good venue to discuss feature requests or direction where everybody might feel more eager to contribute.

The info on how to join the channel is in the Readme. Here's the paste from it:

Join our slack support and general announcements channel for on-the-spot answers to your questions:

• To join our slack chat please go to: http://praxis-framework.herokuapp.com and sign in for an account.
• Once you have an account, hop onto the chat at http://praxis-framework.slack.com

Also, since free public slack channels do not have the necessary history, we've setup the Slack Team to have the conversations archived through 'slackarchive.io'. So to search through our history of conversations (which will start today) you can go to:
