There is any way to write in that form?
in java there is:

I know this post is getting older, but in case anyone is still looking for ways to fill out editable pdf forms, you can use
pdftk
. If you are using Ruby-on-Rails, you can use the 'pdf-forms' gem along with pdftk as described here:
