How to create fillable PDF form?

Hi,

I'm looking fo a way to create fillable pdf form to be sent to list of
receipients and submitted back by email of posted by http back to
server.

Is there a way to create such a pdf in ruby/prawn?

Hello,

I'm a  bit new to Prawn and am looking for a good walk through of setting up Prawn in an environment with Rails 3.07 and Ruby 1.9.2p  

Or would it be better for me to use an earlier version of rails for this small project?
