Permian-1, please help test.

I've tagged Permian-1. This adds limited support for kerning, and
makes the change so that bounding boxes are now relative to their
parent boxes (or the margin box if at the top level). Please try it
out and help me identify bugs, nasty code, and other problems. Those
who are working on forward features, please consider taking a few
minutes of time to help clean things up, or at least report issues.

I know that kerning isn't working for wrapped text, so I've disabled
it. Most other stuff should work, and if it doesn't it's a bug. File
bugs in Lighthouse, or fix them with a fork + pull request. :)
After a round of fixes, I'll release a Permian-2 that is more stable,
and then move on to the image embedding integration and text
alignment.
