Big Ticket- Instructional Design and Facilitation workshop in May

We are glad to to announce the next “The Big Ticket” workshop which is a deeper dive into the thematic Instructional Design and facilitation skills. It is one of the the flagship programs of Pravah. The dates for the next two iterations are May 9th – 12th and May 23rd- 26th , 2012. Our structured Instructional Design process, tools, templates and facilitation methods have been used by organizations across the country and in diverse sectors over the last 10 years to create effective learning interventions and spaces.
The Big Ticket Benefits:
1. Participants bring challenges faced first hand in design and facilitation from their work place and walk away equipped with enhanced skills in instructional design and facilitation.
2. Participants get post journey support that enables them to continuously fine tune and improve these skills.
3. Participants learn how to apply these techniques and strategies by converting trainings into sustainable organisational growth.
In this workshop participants will learn:
a. Performing audience and needs analyses.
b. Writing effective objectives and mapping content.
c. Designing sessions using the Session Learning Wheel.
d. Selecting participation tools, techniques and evaluation strategies.
e. Listening, questioning and responding.
f. Effective facilitation using the IGNITE model.
The workshop costs Rs 10,000/- (inclusive of resource material, a comprehensive reference manual, facilitation, lunch & refreshments during four days).
