RPS group hv already adjusted higher amount of EDC taken against earlier mandate by HUDA n hv informed customers about the same.

So what should be done about the extra EDC/IDC charges that Puri has taken?

I tried seeking clarification from puri through emails but as usual no concrete reply...
In fact I found there approach quite unprofessional as they didn't felt a need to explain this enhanced edc in the demand letter, especially when it was not part of original demand..

First we should find out from huda site or otherwise what is the actual edc applicable & then seek clarification from puri in writing if deviation..

AS oy now,do all of u have paid the emand raised on a/c of enhanced EDC. Now i think its EDC comes out to 158+208/Sq. feet. For Pranayam they have returned the interest amount but not for Pratham..
