The City Council adopts a comprehensive fee schedule on an annual basis. The fees contained in the adopted Fee Schedule supersede any reference to similar fees mentioned in the Municipal Code. Staff are anticipating a full Municipal Code review and update in 2022, which will remove any reference to fees charged in the Municipal Code.
Public tours are typically available from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, excluding Federal holidays or unless otherwise noted. If your tour is confirmed, please note that you will be assigned a specific time. All White House tours are free of charge. The White House tour schedule is subject to change, with little notice, based on inclement weather or official use.
Work-family conflicts are common and consequential for employees, their families, and work organizations. Can workplaces be changed to reduce work-family conflict? Previous research has not been able to assess whether workplace policies or initiatives succeed in reducing work-family conflict or increasing work-family fit. Using longitudinal data collected from 608 employees of a white-collar organization before and after a workplace initiative was implemented, we investigate whether the initiative affects work-family conflict and fit, whether schedule control mediates these effects, and whether work demands, including long hours, moderate the initiative's effects on work-family outcomes. Analyses clearly demonstrate that the workplace initiative positively affects the work-family interface, primarily by increasing employees' schedule control. This study points to the importance of schedule control for our understanding of job quality and for management policies and practices.

- What to expect on the day of your scheduled tour
Public tour requests must be submitted through a Member of Congress. These self-guided tours are generally available Tuesday through Saturday (excluding federal holidays or unless otherwise noted). Tours are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Requests can be submitted up to three months in advance and no less than 21 days in advance. You are encouraged to submit your request as early as possible as a limited number of spaces are available. The White House tour is free of charge. Please note that White House tours may be subject to last minute cancellation.
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Parking lots will generally open 2 hours prior to our scheduled gate time. Gate times vary, but are usually 1 hour prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these dates are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

You can put in what services you need, see what times are available, leave notes if needed about service, and get a base estimate for service in some cases. You can also arrange for pick up and drop off if you need it or a loaner car while yours is being worked on. The best part about online scheduling is that it can be done at any time of day and you are not required to do it during normal business hours. This means you can arrange it from your phone, late at night, at home after you get off work, anywhere really.

Do what works for you and stay off the web for ideas beyond getting a schedule. I clean best doing 'all over' and then pick up areas the few days after. I'm not a task by task cleaner. And I'm okay with that.
