Minute of Meeting

Yesterday we had a meeting in which we discuss on following points:

1) 3rd years should interact with 2nd years of their respective hall and also cover some halls which don't have AES member.

2) Fresher's introduction will be held on 8th august with GBM.

3) Students from every batch (B.tech, M.tech, RS) should come in fresher's intro for GBM.

4) If any one want to propose any new event for Prakriti-14 then he has to give:

     a) its discription including poblem statement

     b) materials required

     c) exposure

Nice to see the mail. You have started with good pace from 1st meeting itself. :) :).

Also, I would like to add few points based on discussion with Nirmal.

1. We need 2-3 very good designs for dep-tee. We can select the best out of it.

2. I would like to meet intersted 2nd yrs too.
