For how much?
if money is good we can consider it.

Nirmal: If this happens then we need to modify our theme totally.

there is nothing relevent... I think this kinda mail is sent to every fest happening in India..! No use in considering it too,.. Modifying theme is not a good idea..  we might lose other potential spons!

I agree with Nirmal, but its always better to keep in touch with them for a guarenteed sponsorship as a least case consideration...changing the theme is absurd

Exactly what I mean. Even I don't want to lose touch with Robo species till we get a relevant sponsor but with the current theme we can not accommodate it as our sponsor. So, we need a way out for this if we're looking at it a prospective sponsor.

Also, there is no harm in talking until we finalize the deal.

So, lets see how things turn up and we can decide our course of action accordingly.

Hi everyone

I missed this post somehow !!

You are on the right track ! Like you have been discussing, just find out if they really want to partner with Prakriti,if yes then find out where we can fit them.

Unless it is so productive (not only money wise, but also events and participation wise),don't select theme for any particular stake holder.Theme should be selected considering most of the stakeholders involved.

Let me tell you from my short experience with the industry..there is a lot of focus on the environment in all the industries. Sustainability has always been our forte..so find out ways to enhance it more and market it well for the benefit.

All the best :)
Thanks and Regards
