I request all people (volunteers and teachers) to be at the venue - 1221 California Circle Milpitas CA - 95035 by 12:00pm on Sunday June 5th, 2011. We just have 2 hours for setup and decorations.
Some people have volunteered for some of the tasks listed below and some people, I have taken the liberty of listing their names against the tasks-
Banners / posters set up - Vamsiji, Karthikji, Kalyanji / Radhaji
Mike / Powerpoint setup - Shyamji
Seating arrangement / overall auditorium set up - Mahadevji / Ramanaji
Stage decoration - Archanaji / Madhuji / SreeLakshmiji
Video - Sridharji
Photo - Karthikji
Prasadam - SreeLakshmiji
Reception Desk - Lakshmiji
Clean up - Need volunteers
Teachers - Please inform your students to be at the venue before 1:15pm. All make up / costumes should be done/worn before coming to the venue.We will be starting the program at 2:00pm sharp.
Volunteers / Teachers - Please dress in traditional attire for the event.. This is an opportunity to showcase the vedic sampradayam, which is what we teach at Prajna!
