Year end program

As we are just one month away from the year end event, I would like all of us to meet for an hour over the telebridge to give updates on the programs all of us are working on and talk about timings and any other questions / concerns we would like to address before the event. Please let me know which of the following timings would work for all of you -

Wednesday 8:00-9:00pm

Thursday 8:30-9:30pm

Also, in the meantime if you could send me an email by Wednesday, on the items your group is performing and timing for your items, I will start putting together an agenda for the event.
