A PRAISE REPORT from Barbara:

---

Praise God, we had a really good day today. Rebekah is far from out of the woods, but we did get a number of good reports from the medical staff. She was stable enough to go for a follow-up CT scan, and from that we found that the potential for a brain injury is gone. They are continuing to wean her from her medications and tomorrow they will begin to wean her off of the breathing machine. She is still in ICU and still not out of the woods, but her condition is rapidly improving. We believe that God people are praying and He is listening. Thank you all and please continue. Today I read Matthew 7; vv.7-11 reads as follows: “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. Or which one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!” Thank you God for the good things you give us. Please continue to pray; it is the most tangible thing that can be done for us. We are blessed by calls, visits, cards, gifts and care packages. They are all treasures and what we treasure the most is being taken be His throne by the countless scores of all of you who we know and perhaps don’t know. God bless you for crying out on our behalf. We are having a small grave side service for Mother tomorrow, check her facebook page for details about that. Blessings to each of you. In Christ John
