I haven't yet tried the Friday 8:30am bike ride with this group (just Tuesdays).  

Can you advise what average number of miles you usually go on Friday mornings and at what speed?  That will help me decide if I can keep up!

Chris - it's pretty much like the Tuesday morning rides...same speed and distance and some undoubtedly will go rogue and take another way home.
