Last Minute Paddle Trip on Middle Fork River : Tues. April 21, meet at Rich's Restaurant in Ogden at 9:30AM

To All,  I just got back from checking the river and tomorrow it will be near perfect. And I am going to call it " Some of my Best Bud's and Heroes Trip "    Tim White from Maroa,IL.   Rob Lewis from Springfield and  Dan Faust from Pontiac. I have known these guys most of my adult life and have learned paddling skills and life lessons too. I have paddled with them many times but I think this will be the first time with all three at once.  For all of you out there reading this. If you are retired or off of work, or can get off of work, please do it. Tomorrow will be a chance to hang out on a great river, with these guys I consider Illinois paddling royalty. Please show up at Rich's a few minutes before 9:30AM so we can get a head count.  If you need a boat please send me a message by 7:30 AM Tues.  Tim and I plan to be there by 8:30 AM if you care to join us for breakfast.  I am terribly sorry for the last minute notice, but I wasn't sure we could even pull this off.      Come join us if you can.          Mike Metz  217-417-9595        We plan to paddle the Middle Fork from Kenny Ford to Kickapoo St. Park  14 miles.  We hope to be done by mid afternoon.
