Good morning! We want to share that the completion of the Kickapoo Rail Trail is in sight. Soon you'll be able to ride 25 miles of groomed trail from Urbana to Kickapoo State Park and the Vermilion County Fairgrounds, with towns and scenery along the way. This trail will be a treasure for experienced cyclists, and a way to welcome new riders. 

Many of you are familiar with the project, but we wanted to call your attention to this recent News Gazette article: Donations sought for Kickapoo Rail Trail's final stretches | Parks-recreation | news-gazette.com We need to close the gap on funding, caused by inflation since the project's start.
