but I think I'm going to do what I did last week --> head out to Carle at the Fields (parking lot betwee Hampton Inn and El Toro) and see how it feels when I get there. Might be "ride around the block and go to El Toro" :) but I've been surprised at how good riding has felt so mebbe just heading south for a while, gently, then turning around...
