I hope to see lots of folks Jupiter's Pizza Sunday, January 11 (2511 Village Green Place, Champaign IL -- the shopping center at corner of Windsor and Duncan; it's pretty far south from Windsor, though). They're letting us in the reserved room (THANKS JUPITER'S!!). We can chat and share ideas -- soft drinks and pizza on the club, brews & drinks on you.

ELECTIONS We are also doing virtual voting and asking for input -- hence, this form :) Currently, all positions are uncontested.

Also, while we still don't have an "activities director," Jen Gravely has stepped forward to be a point person for our 2026 Prairie Cycle Club Member Tour and we've got a core committee. If you've got ideas (like happy hours, THANKS ELLEN HEDRICK) you'd like to put together, let us know :)
We still need a nominee for *secretary.* This is a one year commitment.
The best way to keep our assorted organizations from being "the same four people" is to be a fifth or sixth or seventh person helping out a bit ;) and ... we're getting fun things happening! You want to be part of this ;)

` We've had short presentations of awesome rides people did, bike advocacy, *whatever* -- Jupiter's is set up w/ technology for business meetings and small conferences.
Then we'll have a board meeting to update on things like budgets, maybe ideas for winter socializing and perhaps some other updates.

THANK YOU to formal and informal ride leaders -- Ellen Hedrick, Tom Carlson, Richard Brannon, Jim Webster, and so many of you who "lead" without mention and post show-and-gos .. assorted encouraging Wild Card and Biking Buffs folks... Lance McGrew for continuing to make our website better as website administrator volunteer and oh, also Ellen Hedrick for happy hours! and so many of you for the visible and not-so-visible things happening, especially folks helping out more than one group.
No responses are "required" but all input is appreciated!
Last year I was having a funny feeling that we were going to have Some Weather Soon; we've been HAVING IT this year! but it'll be spring soon, too... time for riding ;) Zwift is good, too!

Ideas! Vents! Smiles! Is there a small or grand idea you'd like to see happen/ help create? Things like "serious distance training" or "support group for folks wanting to do their first 100Km ride," or "Anybody want my old bike bag?"
