Important decisions to be taken at resorts

Dear Sir

Today, Director(P &M) and undersigned had discussed on following issues.  They could be kept for discussions in agenda for next meeting.

 

1.       Estimates for infrastructure near new underground reservoir to be prepared By Civil Dept for approval of HO.  Facilities like genset room, pumping room, office rooms, stores, freshrooms for staff etc to be provided.

2.       Follow – up regarding work order for Transformer activation.

3.       How to collect water bills – what rate – to be discussed.  It is becoming difficult to provide water to all houses free of cost.

4.       Electricity burden of dues is rising.  Meeting needed with senior dept officials.

 

 

OTHER ITEMS

Boating Lake is getting dry.  Can start desilting works.

Replacement of proper size cables for Villa area to be received today/tomorrow.

New 500 villa brickwork in progress.

Require cement load.

Sent Chinese table and chairs to HO for marketing team.
